Jake and I have continued to realize how different we both are in regards to our love languages, our sentimentality, our ideal gifts, etc. for Valentines this year he really showed me love well. Even if I weren’t sentimental and love words, this gift should mean the world to me because it shows how lovely it is to have a prayerful husband who always has my back.
My Prayer for Sarah Elizabeth,
May you wake up every morning feeling the love of Christ and the freedom from sin that He accomplished on the cross.
May you wake up knowing I love you, and that the love given to us is from The Lord.
May our love be steadfast and unwavering.
That you know you are a constant blessing in my life and that will never change.
May we walk in love as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us (Ephesians 5:2).
That you submit to me as your Biblical leader as the church submits to Christ (Ephesians 5:22-23).
May I present you always as holy and without blemish, as Christ presents us before the Father (Ephesians 5:27).
May we continue to act as one flesh in front of God, as uniting under God has made us one (Ephesians 5:31). I am so excited and blessed to be one with you under Him.
That your life is an outpouring of God’s love towards others, and may others see The Lord in you.
That you have a heart open to be molded by God, and that your knowledge and wisdom is sought solely from The Lord.
in His Love, Jake
